Police arrested and charged a second man Tuesday in connection with the firebombing of a house in Westover last June.

Ryan Anthony Armstrong, 22, of Prada Replica Handbags Morgantown, is charged with first- degree arson.

Justin Thomas, 20, of Morgantown, was arrested Nov. 16 and also faces a charge of first-degree arson. A magistrate assistant said Thomas' case was sent to Monongalia County Circuit Court replica breitling on Dec. 2, 2009, after he waived his right to a preliminary hearing in magistrate court.

The criminal complaint says Armstrong and Thomas bought gasoline at a city gas station prior to setting fire to a residence on West Wilson Street in Westover last June 27.

Police said the men started the fire with a Molotov cocktail, which is made by pouring accelerant into a container, setting it on fire and throwing the container.

The fire was quickly put out and did minimal damage to the house, which has been repaired. People were in the house at the time of the fire but no one was injured, police said.
